Choosing treatments
If you're not sure what treatment to select, please contact us via the website contact form or call us on (02) 6154 1984 prior to making your booking so that we can help you plan your own personal spa experience. When you arrive at our reception, we can also discuss our treatments in more detail and find out what would be most suitable for you.
If you are making your first booking, please contact us and let us know to organise a time that is at least 15 minutes before your appointment so you will then have enough time to familiarise yourself with the One Beauty & Spa and our treatments. If you know what you would like, just head across to the relevant webpage on the website via the TREATMENTS & PACKAGES menu at the top of this page.
If you are booking a massage, you can also tell your therapist exactly what sort of pressure you like, if you need an extra towel, or let us know your sound, light and temperature preferences so we can make sure everything is just how you like it.
Booking multiple consecutive treatments online
If you would like to book multiple treatments online for a single visit simply make multiple bookings through the website and select consecutive times for each of the bookings on that day. Your shopping cart will contain each of the individual bookings that you can confirm once you are happy with everything. Note that our booking system automatically includes a time gap between treatments so we have time for the next customer, but if you are having multiple consecutive treatments then this time gap will likely be shortened once you arrive.
Treatments
Relax in the expert hands of our therapists, who will be able to advise you on your treatment depending on your individual needs.
All appointment times include a full consultation and aftercare advice.
Please book all treatments in advance.
Arrival
If it is your first time with us we suggest you arrive 15 minutes in advance of your booking so we can conduct an initial consultation to understand your objectives and answer any questions you might have. If you do plan to arrive early, please let us know beforehand by calling us on (02) 6154 1984.
What should I wear to the spa?
Robes and slippers are provided on arrival.
When enjoying your treatment we will protect your modesty and keep you wrapped up warm.
Payment
We don't require payment at the time of your booking. Payment can be made at the spa after your treatment is completed.
Cancellations
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance on (02) 6154 1984 if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment.
Late arrivals
To ensure we give the best possible experience to all of our spa guests, if you are running late your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next guest is not delayed. The full price of the treatment will be charged.
Medical conditions
Please inform your spa receptionist and spa therapist of any health concerns that you may have when making your booking or when completing your client information card. Our expert therapists can correctly advise on special conditions.
Minimum age
Certain treatments are available for persons under 16, BUT they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the treatment.
Pregnancy
We recommend that you wait until your second trimester before enjoying massage or body therapies. Note that there will be some spa therapies that you will not be able to experience during your first trimester and throughout your pregnancy.
Please inform reception or when booking regarding your pregnancy. We are happy to advise you on suitable treatments for you during this special time.
I forgot my account password
If you forget your account password, perform the following steps to reset it:
1. Click on the user icon in the top right hand corner of the web page
2. Select the "reset password" link directly under the SIGN IN button
3. Enter your account email address and click the SEND RESET LINK button
4. Check your email for the password reset link (might take 5 mins or so to arrive)
5. After clicking on the link, enter your new password as instructed
6. Once reset, you can now login with the new password.
Are there any COVID restrictions enforced at the Spa?
To ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff we operate under specific management arrangements stipulated by ACT Health as part of our health and safety plan. As part of this we ask that if you have any COVID or Flu-like symptoms please contact us to reschedule any booking you may have.
